Harmony Hills will be ready for its first guests by the end of April
BLD’s sales team would like to inform all property owners in Harmony Hills vacation complex that a usage permit for the development will be obtained in April. 72 hour tests of the electrical network and the air conditioners ran smoothly and since then a regular electrical supply has been provided by EON to the complex.
All procedures regarding the notary certification for EON’s ownership, right of exploitation and easement acquisition of both the electrical equipment and the cable network have been concluded. All documents required for obtaining a usage permit of the electrical switch as well as for the following certification of the complex by Dobrich municipality (in the form of usage permit for the whole complex) were provided and the administrative procedures have been commenced. With regard to the different legal terms in which these procedures could be concluded the usage permit is going to be acquired no later than 30 April 2009. All property owners will be personally invited to sign their notary deeds the moment the permit is a fact.
The work on the snagging lists has been almost completed as only furniture and door fixing are due to be done in the following week.
