Finishing works at Harmony Hills vacation estate are just about their end
BLD’s sales team would like to make an official announcement on the current stage of Harmony Hills completion. A brief report of the progress of the construction and finishing works as of 28.07.2008 follows:
Building 1, 2, 3 and 4 (entrance A-K) – all construction, finishing works and furnishing completed and checked.
Building 5 to 8 (villas 1 to 22) – all construction, finishing works and furnishing completed and checked.
Building 9 (reception, restaurant, wellness area, etc.) –Construction and a part of stone paneling completed. To be done: ceiling, flooring, painting, PVC joinery and furniture fitting.
External water sewerage system – completed. 220 volts electricity powering, internet, telephone and cable TV, video surveillance and fire alert system – installed. Laboratory measurement of the electric installations are in progress.
Terrain leveling and fence fitting – done. Vertical planning, sidewalks, the inside paths and landscape architecture are in progress.
Revetments – superficial processing still to be done.
