Finishing works at Harmony Hills vacation estate moving
towards
their happy end in full blast
Due to a lot of inquiries of property owners, who consider standing their vacations in the resort complex, BLDs sales team would like to make an official announcement on the current stage of completion. A brief report of the progress of the construction and finishing works as of 17.06.2008 follows:
Building 1 (entrance A, B, C) construction, finishing works and furnishing completed. To be done: minor repainting of walls and ceilings, double-check of everything.
Building 2 (entrance D, E) construction, finishing works and furnishing completed. To be done: minor repainting of walls and ceilings, double-check of everything.
Building 3 (entrance F, G, H) construction completed, wall painting done in 90%. Following tasks: jointing the tiling and furniture fitting.
Building 4 (entrance I) construction completed, wall painting done in 90%. Following tasks: jointing the tiling and furniture fitting.
Building 5 to 8 (villas 1 to 22) construction, finishing works and furnishing completed. To be done: minor repainting of walls and ceilings, double-check of everything.
Building 9 (reception, restaurant, wellness area, etc.) Construction completed. To be done: flooring, painting, PVC joinery and furniture fitting.
External water sewerage system completed in 90%. 220 volts electricity powering, internet, telephone and cable TV, video surveillance and fire alert system installed in 80%.
Terrain leveling and fence fitting done in 90%. From the beginning of July the construction team will proceed with landscaping, external and internal paths design, road construction.
