The buyer could use the property after a usage permit for the complex is obtained and property management taxes are paid by him/her, while the ownership is transferred by issuing a notary deed after the apartment is paid off.
After you have chosen an apartment, you need to reserve it for the period the preliminary contract is prepared and signed. The reservation deposit guarantees that this apartment will be kept only for you over a certain period of time.

After we confirm the reservation and receive the reservation deposit (EUR 1,500 for all apartments except for the duplex ones, which are reserved for EUR 2,500) in our bank account the apartment is booked for you and will not be offered to other clients during the following 21 business days. In the meantime a preliminary contract will be prepared and signed and the reservation deposit will be deducted from the first installment.
